Expo4Barbers Gold Coast 2024: The Inaugural Event That Set the Standard
In April 2024, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre hosted the first-ever Expo4Barbers, marking a significant milestone in Australia's barbering scene. Over three action-packed days, the event brought together more than 1,350 attendees and 40 exhibitors, making it the largest barbering expo in Australia and New Zealand to date.
The expo featured live education sessions from international icons like Barber Josh O.P and Mr Official, alongside high-energy competitions such as the Barber Battle, where barbers from across Australia and New Zealand competed in categories like New School and Apprentice.
Attendees experienced cutting-edge product showcases, hands-on workshops, and invaluable networking opportunities, all contributing to a vibrant celebration of the barbering craft. The success of this inaugural event has paved the way for future expos, with plans already underway to expand to New Zealand in late 2025.
